What happens before it leaves?
We print or prepare the correspondence, apply the requested finishing, assemble the envelope, review the recipient details, and complete the mailpiece for its destination.
For wax-sealed pieces, the final shape of the envelope matters. Seals, thickness, rigidity, and postage can affect how a mailpiece is handled. We account for those requirements as part of the fulfillment plan.
What about USPS?
USPS accepts wax-sealed mail when the materials and postage are appropriate for the finished piece. Some mailpieces may require extra handling or postage depending on thickness, rigidity, and final characteristics.
We keep those considerations in view so the finished correspondence can make the journey intact.
