Questions, answered

A little more context, before you begin.

Specifics matter. Here are the practical details behind a considered piece of correspondence.

take your time
01

What is the turnaround?

Timing depends on order size, product mix, and customization. We confirm the production window during review; orders of 500 or more receive a scoped timeline before work begins.

02

What file formats can I send?

PNG, SVG, JPG/JPEG, and GIF files are accepted. Vector or high-resolution artwork with a transparent background gives the cleanest result for a custom seal.

03

Can wax-sealed pieces go through USPS?

Yes. Materials, envelope setup, and postage all matter. We prepare sealed pieces for mailing and include the required handling in the fulfillment plan.

04

Is there a minimum order?

No. Matterleaf supports one piece through large campaigns. Volume pricing is available at 500 or more pieces.

05

Can every piece be personalized?

Yes. Messages and recipient details can be personalized per piece. Bring a list or talk with us about the right format for your project.

06

What materials do you use?

Our standard work uses substantial paper, premium envelopes, real sealing wax, and carefully finished details. Custom paper, colors, cards, and inserts are available by request.

07

Do you ship internationally?

International projects can require different postage and handling. Contact us with the recipient locations and we’ll review what is possible.

08

Can we run recurring campaigns?

Yes. Recurring campaigns can be planned around a regular cadence, refreshed recipient lists, or a series of moments across the year.

09

Can I change an order after submitting it?

If production has not started, we’ll do our best to make changes. Once printing or finishing begins, options may be limited, so reach out as soon as possible.

10

Do you take on custom work?

Yes. Custom envelopes, cards, stocks, inserts, non-standard formats, and other physical details can be scoped directly with our team.
